Boiler and Mechanical Installation
We start every radiant heating system with a full understanding of existing and future heat loads, and build a custom radiant heating solution based on those calculations. Our goal is to provide an accessible and intuitive mechanical room using high quality equipment built for longevity and comfort.
Radiant Tubing Installation
Once a plan for the equipment and zoning has been developed, we create a tubing layout for each area of the residence. Various methods can be used for the in-floor tubing portion of a radiant heating system, however we most commonly install two types of systems. The first method is staple-down tubing followed by pouring concrete or gypcrete, and the second is Warmboard; a state of the art system of panels that can be custom-routered for radiant tubes.
